Gute Preis-Leistung

Das Hotel liegt super zentral in der Nähe des Colosseums. Auch alle anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Rezeption ist nur bis in den frühen Nachmittag besetzt. Es ist aber nach vorheriger Anfrage kein Problem ins Hotel bzw. Ins Zimmer zu kommen. Wenn jemand an der Rezeption ist, ist dieser sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir dürfen unser Gepäck sogar noch etwas länger im Zimmer lassen. Unser Familienzimmer war einfach eingerichtet aber für ein Zimmer in einer Hauptstadt richtig groß. Zimmer und Bad waren sauber Die Dusche bzw. die Duschkabine sollte aber mal neu gemacht werden. Auch der Abfluss in der Dusche läuft nur sehr schleppend ab. Insgesamt ist es ein Hotel mit einem guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und ich würde es für einen Aufenthalt von 2-3 Tagen im Rom wieder buchen.

Perfekt beliggenhed. Venlig betjening. Morgen mad på hotelejerens restaurant, rundt om hjørnet, hvor man fik en rigtig Italiensk morgenmad, kaffe, croissant og en smøg (egne cigaretter og valgfrit) og en snak med Giuseppe (ejeren) på Italiensk, Engelsk og fakter.😁 God valuta for pengene.

Basic room, everything was totally fine. The room was clean, hot water. Walking distance from the Coliseum. As for breakfast then it's hard for me to express my opinion because I'm vegan so I only ate vegetables and drank coffee.

L'hôtel est très bien situé : À peine 5 min à pied du Colisée, à peine un quart d'heure de la Fontaine de Trevi.... il est au coeur des sites touristiques. Le petit déjeuner est dans un restaurant indépendant à l'hôtel. Il est présenté sous forme de buffet. L'hôtel est très propre. Le petit inconvénient est le manque d'isolation.

niski standard w miłej atmosferze

Bardzo miła obsługa, doskonała lokalizacja niedaleko Forum Romanum, śniadanie bardzo blisko poza budynkiem ale zupełnie w porządku i smaczne, chociaż po 2 dniach przestano podawać croissanty, co rozczarowało. Niska cena nie usprawiedliwia brudnych ścian, fatalnego stanu okien, niskiego standardu łazienki i ogólnie bardzo zaniedbanego wnętrza budynku.

Cleaning is a big problem

Actually I was transferred into related structure called Suites Imperiali Guest House, which located really close to Forums. The only complain is cleaning. It is simply awful. They clean the middle of floor, other parts have extensive collection of hairs. There is no hooks nor shelves in bathroom. Other things as expected (not bad).

Accoglienza buona, posizione eccellente x raggiungere i principali monumenti ( colosseo, sltare della patria, fori, musei capitolini..) . camera pulita ma bagno non molto grande. Inoltre non viene specificato che delle camere si trovano in un'altro palazzo con scale abbastanze ripide, con i bagagli si possono avere problemi. Le descrizioni dovrebbero essere piu' precise.

You get what you pay for; Location is awesome; literally 7 minute walk to the Colosseum; the most beautiful landmark in the area; also the Paladio and Forum; all good Staff helpful and nice... Negatives; Shower was a joke Bathroom courtain short AF all the bathroom was wet all the time. Sink and outlets are raw and so outdated you don’t want to plug anything on them. Also be aware; you can listen everything from neighbors. The bed was made for a person... sorry midget 1,80 tops I had to bend my knees to fit; broken window shades... I mean if you have 12€ more per night get the hell out of there.

L'hotel è in posizione strategica, vicino alla stazione metro Cavour e Colosseo. Quartiere tranquillo. L'hotel è datato ma pulito. Angusta la stanza ... in due si ci stava ma mi aspettavo meglio. I gestori gentilissimi ... la colazione la servono in un locale a pochi passi dall'hotel, sempre di loro gestione. Ci hanno dato la possibilità di lasciare il bagaglio oltre orario di check out.

大通りに面してはいるんですが、建物の一部がホテルなので一見するとわかりにくいです。 ホテルの部屋数は少なく、午後3時になるとスタッフもいなくなり、自分達で出入りをしていました。ちょっと謎でした。 ただ私がミスで2人予約のところを1人予約にしていて、焦っていたら大きな部屋が空いているからと普通にかえてもらえたのは有り難かったです。もちろん追加分は払いましたが10€でした。 朝食はインクルードされていましたが、普通でした。ビッグポーションとか言うてた割になので期待はしないほうがいいかも。

The location is amazing. Within short walking distance of both the Collosseum and Via Cavour train stops, I found this property to be perfectly located regardless of what it is you're planning to do in Rome. The room was clean and the A/C worked well, but like many European hotels in this price range, the rooms, hallways, etc are VERY small. As a 5'8" 200 lb guy, I had a hard time getting in and out of the shower - the doorway was obviously designed for a much smaller person. All of this I am used to, but you should be ready for cramped quarters. Normally I don't mind this if the internet works well but this property seems to be a very old building so cell signal is spotty and the wifi is awful. As someone who travels a lot, this is par-for-the-course for a sub-$100 hotel for stop-offs in between nicer properties but I would not want to spend my entire vacation here.
