One of the best experiences I have had at any hotel. The staff was amazing, the location was perfect walking distance to most things, the hotel itself is spotless and easy to navigate. Highly recommend to anyone staying in Rome to stay here

Great location and staff-very small room!

We were in Rome for one night…after a great IHG stay in Lisbon and Bordeaux, I thought this would be as good. The staff was amazing, but the room was really not, and, it was expensive to be claustrophobic and not comfortable. Square feet does not always tell the story depending on how it is used…we loved the staff, location and rooftop bar, but the room would make me think twice or check things out better before crossing IHG again

Hotel Indigo is in a great location. Very walkable to the main attractions. Trastevere is nearby and many other cafes and restaurants. If you book I recommend adding the breakfast. It was a delicious buffet and very convenient to have each morning before heading out for the day - not to mention it's located in a beautiful garden. They also have a great rooftop bar and the place in general was very clean and the staff was very helpful. I would definitely stay here again if I go back to Rome.

I might have been spoiled by the hotels in the states. The hotel room and bed room space are tiny. The elevator barely fits 4 people. The breakfast is very good but it is same everyday. The location of the hotel is good. You can walk to all the attractions in Rome. There are many good eat out options available close by.

Gorgeous hotel near many of Rome's cultural/religious attractions. Friendly staff that goes the extra mile to help you enjoy your stay. The rooftop bar/restaurant has a 360 view of the city. We only had light appetizers (caprese salad and smoked salmon) and they were excellent. I had the BEST massage of my life at the spa. We did not get to enjoy the Roman pool, but that looked amazing...there is a sauna and I think a steam bath too. All in all, a great place to enjoy the best Rome has to offer.

Great location and service

Great location. Great service. Some minor issues overall but would still recommend it. We really liked how friendly and nice the staff were. The rooms had plenty of space, and a fully complimentary mini bar. On the downsides, the pillows were rock hard, the breakfast was extremely basic, the Turkish bath was not operational, there was only one baby trash can in the room, a couple power outlets, and we couldn’t get the thermostat to work at all. But it’s very walkable to/from all the key locations around Rome and a cool area in general.

I've stayed at this property a number of times in part because I'm an IHG loyalty member. We had an issue with no hot water for a day while they were performing upgrades to the sanitation system. They did however compensate us immediately for some drinks we had on the rooftop bar. It was unfortunately closed for the two nights we were there due to inclement weather. The staff is very helpful and professional and the property is very nice and centrally located. I will continue to stay here on future trips to Rome. Thank you.

This was a great place to stay. Staff was extremely nice. Close to everything. Beds are a little hard but would stay here again.

Muy bueno el hotel, limpio, bonito, y céntrico se puede caminar aunque el Vaticano, el coliseo quedan un poco distantes. Se puede caminar al campo de Fiori que tienen muy buenos restaurantes como Giordi y en las mañanas hacen ferias.
