Las fotografías no corresponden con las habitaciones del lugar, de inicio me mandaron a un edificio al terno que está a una calle, cuyo acceso es complicado, el edificio muy viejo, me quejé y pedí cancelar la reservación y me cambiaron a una habitación en el edificio del hotel, pero se encuentra en mantenimiento entonces el ruido a las 5-6 de la mañana fue horrible con el uso de herramientas de construcción. No es realmente lo que publican, lo único pasable es el servicio de alguno de los recepcionistas muy atento; el desayuno es bueno, el problema es el horario acotado de 7:30 a 9:30 y no hay servicio de comida ni cena, una ventaja es la cercanía a Termini pero insisto no se dejen llevar por las fotos porq no corresponden al hotel viejo de que se trata y el wi fi no tiene alcance suficiente además de que lo restringen a un usuario por habitación.

Excelente relación calidad precio, todo el personal muy amable, limpio y muy bien ubicado. La recepción se encuentra en un primer piso por escaleras y la habitación que nos toco en un segundo, pero el chico de recepción nos ayudó con las valijas. Lo único que no funciono fue el wifi.

Hotel horrível! Fiquei deprimido em Roma quando cheguei no Hotel. Me levaram para outro Hotel que fica numa rua ao lado. A entrada do hotel parece o castelo dos horrores. Elevador de 1780. Cama baixa. Quartos feios. Lencois estranhos. Banheiro compartilhado, (isso nem foi colocado durante a reserva), definitivamente, não vá!

I didn't realize when we arrived that the check in desk would be up two flights of stairs. If you have luggage (versus carry on bags), unless you are traveling alone, I recommend you have one person in the party stay below while the other goes up to do the check in. I didn't realize that this property has a separate building for some of the units. We did get help carry up our bags, but then we had to go down again to get to our unit. The staff is extremely helpful with bags, so it worked out quite well. I would just have checked in without the bags if we had known. I think this property is a great value for the money. It is VERY convenient to the train station, and the room was comfortable and clean along with being very quiet. I highly recommend the twin courtyard room. :)

Room was very small very dark. Room was also hot. The area was very noisy as persons were loading and offloading items behind the window. We did not stay and checked out. The staff was very nice and did everything they could to accommodate however we were not comfortable. The room photos are a representation of the room maybe when it was now built. It no longer looks like that

I liked its proximity to train station, the courtesy of staff, room comfort, good breakfast, etc. My only complaint was the lack of an elevator and wheelchair-accessible facilities. Although I am able-bodied without any need for a wheelchair, I do feel strongly about access for handicapped guests.

Hôtel idéal pr l’emplacement proche des transports

Chargés d’accueil sympathique et convivial. Petit bémol la chambre avait des petits moucherons et la wifi n’etait pas à son top. Pour ceux dont le sommeil est léger prévoyez des boules Quies l’insonorisation n’est pas top. Mais je recommence cet hôtel pour son emplacement et la gentillesse de ces personnes.
