Family run for 35 years, and focused on customer service. Expect a typical elevator for 2, key card (like a cruise ship) that must be in doorside slot to get lights and air conditioning, low light room, great hot shower and toilet, free Italian bkf with great coffees. Top notch restaurants on the block.

I stayed here for 4 nights, location was good close to train station, about 20 min walk yo Trevi fountain, the bed was not comfortable, the toilet had issues with flushing. Looks like they have started upgrading a little but needs lots of work. The door was hard to close, had to slam it to close.

The staff were very kind and helpful and the European Breakfast on the ground floor restaurant was excellent. While the location of the hotel was convenient for its close proximity to the train station, the room was quite small.

There is only unique for this property, that it is located close to Termini station, which we chose to be as we traveled to different places in Italy. The room was ok, surrounding area is not, very dirty, noisy and not safe.

We had very good stay at this hotel. Yes , it can be litter bigger room and bathroom, but it was enough to get rest after long walks in Rome. Breakfast was great and cocktails afternoon are awesome. Location is nice, close to Termini station and metro . But the best part is people who work there. Lili and Patricia are so great, they helped us with all our trip , taxi etc booking. And lovely Ladies in general

The staff were very accommodating and nice. The place is near the train and bus station so it’s very accessible. The only issue is that it’s a little old and in a little disrepair. It had all you needed, bed, extra blanket, safe and coffee tea in room. But over all for quick stay it was good.

The staff were pleasant and friendly. The location is near the train station, small shops, and restaurants. One bathroom was tiny, making it difficult to use the toilet. Other rooms provide better-sized bathrooms. The air conditioner was very nice. Many locks are involved, so security was less of a concern for this location. Peddlers can be aggressive at nearby restaurants. Just ignore them, and they'll go away.

First hotel room we were put in was slightly different in appearance compared to the photo, and also a twin not double room and air conditioning and toilet dripped. However staff moved us into a nicer room when we asked. Hotel well located for the station and also bus routes into centre of Rome. Main centre also walkable from the door in around 30-45 mins. Overall good base for a few days.
