Charming small hotel in an excellent location but off the main streets in a quiet area close to everything in the main central tourist region. Excellent breakfast and knowledgeable and professional staff.

This small hotel may not be the most updated, but it is nicely maintained, has a wonderful helpful staff and a great location. Our room has a small private outdoor patio and there was a beautiful garden area for relaxing or having a drink. The area is close to 2 famous Rome sites and the Metro. Would definitely stay again.

The location was fantastic; the staff was fabulous; our room 101 had a balcony to the garden; the bed was comfortable; daily breakfast exceeded expectations. Would recommend you stay here when in Rome. Take a golf cart tour with Roma Gogo, too.

I had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Modigliani. It is within walking distance to many attractions, restaurants and shopping. The staff was wonderful - very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was great. I would definitely stay here again.

An outstanding small hotel in a great location. The front desk staff were especially helpful in tracking down the taxi where I had left my backpack. Our room was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was excellent in a spacious beautiful room that also served as a bar in the evening.

Place was very central located. Staff was very helpful and professional. Room was always clean, AC worked and elevator a plus. Breakfast was very good and lots to choose from. Would recommend this hotel to all.

Central location between Spanish steps and Trevi fountain. Walked everywhere to all the main attractions. Lovely restaurants close by and small supermarket on street. Friendly waiters at breakfast hotel provided a simple breakfast with fresh scrambled eggs, croissants, cereal etc. Only thing missing was chopped fruit.

Convenient property close to the Spanish Steps and other attractions. The Room was very small but well priced for the accommodations. They were very helpful in securing transportation from the airport for us. I would stay again for a short visit to Rome

Nice little hotel near Spanish Steps

Great little niche hotel near Spanish steps. I got a balcony room, it was worth the upgrade! Nice little place to have a glass of Prosecco. Room & bathroom small, but clean. Bed & pillows very firm. Very accommodating staff. Great breakfast.

We had a great stay our room was very comfortable the bed was also comfortable. Loved our little balcony. Only thing wron was the rooftop terrace was closed due to chef being on holidays a little disappointing but didn’t ruin our stay. They staff was extremely helpful and we appreciated them greatly. Our room was small but comfortable. Very clean, bed was comfortable. Location is away from crowds so quiet at night, yet close enough to Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, pantheon, piazza Navona. Nice breakfast. Scrambled eggs available if you ask. Staff was very helpful. Overall for the price we liked our stay.

I don’t typically stay at this high end of the price range so I didn’t feel that I got full value for my money. The hotel was great, but so have been many hotels that I have stayed at for far less. I guess we were paying for the location in downtown Rome as well. The only negative I had about the room itself was the size of the shower stall. It had the footprint layout of a bathtub- very long and very skinny. I couldn’t turn around in the space without bumping the door open.
