Dear Sir, We regret that you were not happy with our hotel. First of all I want to point out that our building is four centuries old and has been completely renovated maintaining the characteristics of Renaissance Rome. As far as the price is concerned, you stayed on Easter night, booking a day before and during the very high season so if you consider this fact, the rate applied seems more than acceptable. As for the beds, they are all with sommier and orthopedic mattresses. The pillows also correspond to these characteristics.
