Stayed here for a few days to visit the Colosseum and other sites. The 10-minute walk to the train station is a huge plus for those traveling through Italy! Everything else is walkable (20 mins), except the Vatican (30 mins by metro/taxi). Highly recommend for the convenience.

This is actually a review for The Hive, the Impero's "sister" hotel, located nearby. When we arrived at the Impero, we were informed that we had been "upgraded" to the Hive, nearby. In fact, the Hive was excellent (probably indeed an upgrade from the Impero). We had a spacious comfortable room at the Hive, and an excellent breakfast. The terrace was also lovely. The location, near Termini was very convenient. The staff was very helpful/friendly. Would stay at the Hive again, for sure.

The Impero Hotel is very centrally located. Just a couple blocks from the termini central station. Close enough without it being overwhelmingly busy. It is in a nice block with many excellent dining options. The hotel’s staff is very friendly. The room was Wow beautiful and spacious. The bathroom was fit for a queen. The roof top launge area offers a great view, it is excellent to unwind and relax after long day. A note of warning. In the room I stayed in , I could hear my neighbors.

Roma Impero finale.

Nice hotel near the Roma Termini (5 minutes). Booked a room with a balcon which was a decent size and a nice view across the way to the Roma Opera Theatre. Staff were pleasant enough but didn't go out of their way beside the backside politeness. Room was warm and comfortable, rooftop garden area would be great in summer. Plenty of restaurants nearby as well as shopping and sights

Close to train station termini. Walking distance to some tourist destinations. Atmosphere at night was good and safe outside the hotel. Room service daily was great to freshen up. Breakfast was ok but this is coming from a vegetarian person. Staff arranged a taxi service for us which we preferred over any uber or taxi on service since our flight was at 2AM. Staff also arranged a to go breakfast bag for us to take when we checked out prior to breakfast time. Bathroom was good the shower had some issue of extremely hot water all of a sudden. Good toiletries supplied. Towels bedsheets clean. Air conditioning was perfect during the hot summer days.the rooftop above is nice but nothing that special view. But none the less nice quiet sitting space at night if you want to relax.
