Nice place for the price, good location with easy access to bus or train. Around 20-25 minutes walk to the Colosseum but there are also plenty of buses close to the place that take you straight to the attractions/ touristy neighborhoods. Kitchen is very well equipped with more than enough kitchenware to make a nice meal. We enjoy our stay there.

We had a lovely stay at Isabel Guest House! Clean and cheerful, a pleasant couple minutes' walk to San Giovanni station, great local restaurants, and a handy kitchen we used for storing leftovers and making coffee in Bietti pots! Would definitely stay here again!

Very nicely welcomed by Giulia. The rooms are well located, close to all transportation modes. Air conditioning most appreciated. The area is a bit noisy for some European standards, but certainly not for Rome... Thank you very much!

Building is easy to find, near to Metro Station San Giovanni.. Room quiet and wifi works perfectly. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, there is a PAM store 1 block away, where you can find groceries, By walk you can find the church of San Giovanni Laterano .. the Colloseum is about 20 minutes by walk, Using the metro you can connect easily to lines A & C from San Giovanni station, and go to main spots quick and easy, We truly enjoyed our stay in Isabel Guesthouse and we would like to come back! Thanks to Giulia, Madalena and rest of team that were always helpful and kind!

We were always on the go as it was a really short trip so we only needed a place to sleep and freshen up. Overall it was a really good place to stay - quiet and very convenient location. As with almost all places in Rome, it is old but clean.

Isabel guest house was clean, organized, accessible, close to metro, bus stops, and close to touristic sites in Rome if you want to walk. I liked that each room has its own bathroom, and that the kitchen is shared so you can make coffee or a snack if you want. The staff is so nice and it was the exact stay that we needed. Great little stay

Lovely residential area with plenty of places to eat or drink nearby. Close to metro station. 20-25 minute stroll to the Colosseum with plenty of options for food and drink along the way. A little noisy at times, but expected for proximity to central rome. Loved that we could come and go as we pleased as we had some early morning and late at night trips booked and it was never an issue. Host was available whenever needed, but we felt as though it was just the right mix of being 'hands off' but with support if needed. Overall - a great little stay and wouldn't hesitate to book again.
