When I got to property, I was told it had been sold out. No effort was made to help me find alternative accommodations. Property is not a hotel. It is an apartment.

We did not see anyone from the B&B the whole time we were there apart from the maid. The place was nice enough but Lifeless, didn't like the installed CCTV felt as though big brother was watching the whole time.

La Quecia is great!!

This B&B was great for the price. The staff were super nice and the room was clean and well kept. The furnishings were better than I’ve seen at more costly places in the states. The shower was a bit small but I wouldn’t say that took away from the rating. This place is close to area transit and was a great hub for seeing all Rome has to offer. The area was fairly quiet and peaceful, close to local shops and restaurants within walking distances. I would go here again for sure. Very pleased with La Quercia!!

Nice, cute hostel, great location

I could walk to all importante places from the hoste. Really cute, clean, and with breakfast included. Nice staf and wiener. They allowed me to do a late check out. For sure I’ll stay at this hostel again! Wi Fi, air conditioning, tv and cable. Very, very nice!

Schönes Hotel mit allem was man braucht. Marco, der Gastgeber ist sehr charmant und unterstützt einen mit Informationen und hilfreichen Tipps für einen gelungenen Aufenthalt.Man fühlt sich äußerst willkommen. Es ist alles sehr sauber, nett, ordentlich und super organisiert, ich würde es jederzeit weiterempfehlen!

Prima b en b ook de keuken. Kamer voor drie ok!

Was mooie locatie. Balkon en ruime kamer voor drie! Badkamer ok. Doucheruimte had groter gekund maar ging. Netjes. Ook de keuken was compleet. Wel zelf verse broodjes en of beleg kopen. Want alles is zoet en houdbaar. Elke dag werd keuken en de kamer netjes gemaakt. De afstand naar centrum is 1 kilometer. De stoep langs de weg is ronduit minder! Maar via een zijstraat iets minder glooiend en veiliger. Dan wel ietsje langer lopen maar goed te doen! Al met al leuk gehad en geen klachten.

Great Hotel / Excellent Location / Great Price

An overall excellent experience. The hotel is located next to Vatican City, a 10 minute walk to St. Peter's Square (though walking back is all uphill) a bus stop is less than a 5 minute walk. The hotel was very clean, the room was very comfortable, and the food was plentiful and tasty. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, though check in time says 2pm, we arrived at 2:20pm and no one was there to let us in.

Hôtel proche du Vatican !

Hôtel proche du Vatican mais un peu éloigné du centre ville ! Cependant situé dans une rue très bien desservie par les bus, bien que nous ayons tout fait à pied ! Le petit déjeuner est copieux et vraiment bon. Le seul petit bémol pour ma part mais qui n'a pas dérangé mon amie, ce sont les voitures qui passaient sans cesse la nuit.

Molto accogliente e pulito.

è stata un soggiorno splendido, la struttura è eccezionale, vicinissima allo Stato del Vaticano e servita anche dai trasporti( metro e bus). il proprietario è stato molto cordiale e disponibile e rispecchia in questo anche il nome della struttura che significa " accoglienza". Si è una struttura che mi sento di consigliare a quanti vogliono visitare Roma.

Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt! Sauberes Zimmer und freundliches Personal. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Leider ist es auch bei geschlossenem Fenster und heruntergelassener Jalousinen ziemlich laut, man hört deutlich die Autos die draußen vorbeirasen!

this b&b is extremely small

this room that we booked for five days was way to small, we had to find a different hotel right a way, i can't say for sure at time of booking that i saw the size of the room stated which i thought was about 300 square feet, but I thought that what was posted. Going by picture it looks a descent size but it was not. there should be a place where the size is posted for potential customers. I forfeited the whole amount of our rent for the five days because of this. was not happy, I didn't ask for my money back, but this marco guy that i presume owned it was bugging me to give his keys back the very next day, backing up a bit, we sat in the room until we found another hotel to go to and by then marco had left( there was no one there managing the place just this marco who meet us there when we arrived) with that said we had to take the keys with us when we left because no one was there to hand them in. the next day i text him that we were on a tour and we would arrange to get keys back after tour was over. this man is rude. i could go on about this but i'm moving on and not spending anymore energy on this, just thought people should be warned about this place.

Nice Bed and Breakfast. Coffee and refreshments available throughout the day. Located on a 2nd floor, a small elevator is available. However, for unknown reasons, there is no one at the reception or lobby for for most of the day or night, with the exception for scheduled guests arriving. Nice comfortable guest rooms, private bathrooms, Cable TV, Air conditioned. Free wi-fi with decent speed. Within 50 meters of bus routes 49 (Musei Vatican) and 46 (Piazza Venecia).

Klidne ubytovani kousek od Vatikanu

Z ubytovani jsme byly nadsene. Vyborna lokalita. Sice trochu do kopce, coz po celodennim chozeni neni zrovna prijemny, ale nic co by se nedalo zvladnout. Citily jsme se velmi bezpecne a jen par minut od Svatopetrskeho namesti. Vse bylo pripravene, ciste. Na recepci nas uvitali, zajimali se, davali tipy, komunikovali okamzite i pres internet. Za me spokojenost a urcite doporucuji!

Ottimo B&B in pieno centro

Siamo stati ospiti di questa graziosissima struttura per un week end di inizio Marzo. La struttura era completamente vuota e noi siamo stati gli unici ospiti. La mia camera "safari" era molto graziosa e completa di ogni confort, molto molto pulita e personale cordiale e attento a soddisfare ogni esigenza in maniera comunque molto discreta. Difetti: Gli infissi sono molto sottili e affacciandosi su Via Aurelia (strada molto trafficata sia di giorno che di notte) i rumori del traffico purtroppo si sentono. Il proprietario mi ha comunque informato che a breve verranno istallati infissi più confortevoli. Il climatizzatore non siamo riusciti a farlo funzionare, abbiamo sofferto un pochino il freddo (ma nulla di che), inoltre, la stanza della colazione è molto piccola, e nonostante noi essendo soli non abiamo avuto alcun problema, immagino che se la struttura fosse al completo non basterebbe lo spazio nemmeno per muoversi (ammesso e concesso che tutte le 4/5 camere facessero colazione insieme contemporanemanete). Comunque giudizio complessivo Ottimo. Grazie a Marco per l'ospitalità
