エクスペディアに書いてある方に行ったらMarta innと書いてあったので違う宿かと思ったけど、別の位置にも宿があるらしくそちらに誘導されたが、少し遠かったし、場所が違うなら事前に言って欲しかった

Excellent B&B

Great B&B! The place is modern, clean and located in a great area. The staff we kind and amazingly helpful. The service was terrific and they provided great directions to get around Rome. I would suggest that more clear directions be provided to get to the B&B but however the location was steps from the train station, walking distance to many of the tourist attractions (i.e. coliseum) and restaurants. Would highly/strongly recommend staying at this B&B.

Less than you expect

Due to sewer problem we were transferred to another hotel connected to tge same owner, but in a lesser neighborhood. Room was small but okay. Breakfast was disappointing and contained of water, coffee or tea and some small cookies. View outside was poor. Hotel is close to nice surrrounding like Monti, close to Termini.

Didn't stay at the adress nor in the rooms shown in hotels.com Instead we where shown to another adress. Ok standard but not as in the pictures. On my account on hotels.com it was shown that breakfast was included, it was not. Although clean rooms. But wouldnt comeback back

En suosittele

Nähtävyyksien kannalta hyvä sijainti, mutta kesti aikansa löytää majoituksen sijainti koska piti mennä portista sisäpihaan ja sieltä sisälle. Huoneeseen sisällä päästäkseen tarvitsi neljä eri avainta, vähän liikaa. Huone oli ihan ok, mutta kylppäri melko kamalassa kunnossa. Suihkukaapissa hometta useassa eri kohdassa. Ei ilmastointia, joten en suosittele kovin kuumaan vuodenaikaan tätä majoitusta.

Sauberes gemütliches B&B

diese B&B war eigentlich ganz gut für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Rom. Die Angestellten waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider waren unsere Zimmer nicht besonders. Wir waren zu drei Personen und hatten ein Zweibett und ein Einzelbettzimmer. das Zweibettzimmer hatte das Bad drinnen sodass die dritte Person immer durch musste in der Früh. Weiters war es so dunkel dass man nie wusste welche Tageszeit nun war. Aus muss bemängelt werden dass das WLAN überhaupt nicht bis zu unseren Zimmern reichte. Das Einbettzimmer hatte einen kleinen Balkon (was uns wirklich super gefallen hat). Zu bemängeln war hier das Bett- es war ein Klappbett welches so quietschte dass man es bis ins andere Zimmer hörte. Ansonsten war das Hotel wirklich toll- sehr zentral, sauber und das Frühstück super!!!

booked to stay at this hotel, however got to stay at another random hotel owned by the company. it is was not as nice as the one booked so felt ripped off!!!

Hotel agradable y bonito sin ruidos.

La estancia fue muy buena, fácil, cómoda y agradable. Ojo. Hay que pagar en efectivo, así que llevarlo preparado para que no os toque sacar dinero y pagar comisión.

Sehr zentral gelegene Unterkunft

Das Haus liegt von der Strasse ab. Die Zimmer und das Bad sind neu renoviert und praktisch eingerichtet. Es steht eine Gemeinschaftsküche zur Verfügung. Das Haus selbst ist sehr ruhig. Im Hinterhof ist es laut, nicht nur durch die Nähe gelegene Baustelle. Das Frühstück gibt es in einer Bäckerei in der Nähe und besteht aus einer Tasse Kaffee oder Tee und einem Gebäck nach Wahl. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind schnell erreichbar.

좋은점; 떼르미니역과 가까움 직원이 사람이 좋다 주방이 있음 화장실이 크다 단점 ; 입구찾는게 힘드니 꼭 전화하시고 체크인하세용~ㅠ 주변에서 조금 더 가면 할렘가ㅠ 조금 숙소들어갈 때 으쓱하지만 숙소자체는 안락해요 프론트가 없음

Kleine Zimmer in Bahnhof Nähe

Anfangs schwer zu finden, da kein Marta Inn Schild am Haus zu finden ist. Der Weg vom Termini zum Marta Inn ist zudem sehr schmutzig, viele (schätzungsweise) Obdachlose, die stark alkoholisiert sind. Als Mädel würde ich im Dunklen nicht alleine dort lang laufen. Im Marta Inn ist kein Personal anzutreffen (außer bei unserer Ankunft). Hofft also nicht auf jemanden der euch insider Tips in jeglicher Hinsicht geben könnte. Die meisten Zimmer sind im Erdgeschoss, somit sehr dunkel und von jedem einsehbar. Ein Balkon wie auf den Bildern hatte keines der Zimmer im Erdgeschoss. Fragt also vielleicht speziell nach Zimmern weiter oben. Ansonsten hat es seinen Zweck für ein paar Tage erfüllt.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν ότι ακριβως μας χρειαζόταν για να ξεκουραζόμαστε..Ζεστο ολη τη διάρκεια της μέρας όπως κ ζεστό νερο όλη την ημερα.Δεν ήταν ξενοδοχείο αλλά 3 δωμάτια σε πολυκατοικία αλλά ήταν εξαιρετικα καθαρά κ πολύ όμορφος χώρος.Είχαμε κουπόνια για το πρωινό μας σε κοντινό ζαχαροπλαστείο.Το δωμάτιο ήταν σε κεντρικότατο σημείο

The place and the hotel staff were okay, *except* the lady in the breakfast area, who seemed weirdly unwelcoming! We felt quite uncomfortable and don't think will book again. That said, it's close to the Roma Termini station and the rooms were okay for a November weather. Also, it's not a ``hotel'' per se, but rather apartment floors turned into mini hotel rooms. You also pay 3.5 euro/person/night in addition.

B&B correcto y buena opción

Fue una buena estancia,a pesar de que la persona que nos hizo el check in no hablaba español pero con un inglés básico(o italiano quien sepa)no hubo problema. Nos explicó todo al principio,pagamos las tasas municipales al principio 3.50€ persona/noche Es un tercer piso con un ascensor viejo y con espacio para 2 personas(si vas con equipaje,2 viajes o andando) El desayuno se hace en el Bar Cottini(cruzando la via merulana por paso de peatones,a 100 metros o asi,canjeando una tarjeta que te las dejan en la invitación al hacer el check in,el desayuno consiste en café y un croissant(normal,relleno de chocolate blanco o chocolate negro) Limpieza todos los dias,cambiar toallas estuvimos 4 noches y nos la cambiaron una vez y el wifi va penoso,un dia si,otro no Dentro del piso son,creo que,5 habitaciones y una cocina comunitaria que no utilizamos Es una zona algo alejada del centro(al lado de Santa Maria Maggiore y cerca del Coliseo)pero tienes paradas de metro cercanas(Termini y Vittorio Emannuele) Si vuelvo a Roma,salvo chollo en zona más céntrica,repetiria

Very good!

We were worried about finding the hotel, but had no problems with it - they were waiting for us and went out when we called. The guy who met us at the gates was friendly and helpful. Although we didn't see anyone of the staff afterwards, our room was regularly cleaned. There were some problems with warm water in the shower, but all in all, we really enjoyed our stay, the location is excellent, the breakfast was good and we felt at home.

Nette Pension in idealer Lage

Angenehme Pension f ufnseren 5- tägigen Städtetrip. Alles sauber, nette Einrichtung und typisch italienischer Flair.Bahnhof gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Frühstück (kaffee u süsses Gebäck) gabs in der Cottini Bar ca 200m weiter. Jederzeit wieder.

It was a small B&B and not recommend for summer stay, NO Air conditions. The shower temperature is low. You need to have your phone roaming because you need to CALL before you meet the host.
