Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Daarnaast was het ontbijt op het terras heerlijk, met een prachtig uitzicht over de stad. Vooral op het terras waar het ontbijt werd geserveerd was het personeel erg aardig. De kamer werd elke dag netjes schoongemaakt. Het hotel lag bovendien heel dicht bij het station en veel bekende en historische bezienswaardigheden waren op loopafstand. Het hotel zelf was ook erg mooi en had een antieke uitstraling.

We loved this location. Hotel is historic which allows for a lack of needed ugrades that seem prudent. It's hard to balance this issure but they really could do some upgrades without taking away from the nostagia of the property. Loved the rooftop bar but not a fan of the Hookah Bar being there. Did not fit the vibe of the property.

The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The location to/from the Rome Termini was great for walking without need for additional transportation needs. Mecenate location was close to shops, restaurants, including a jump onto the subway down the street on the same block was beneficial. The Roof restaurant and bar area was a great space to enjoy.
