The room was beautiful and spacious- just perfect for our family of 4. The staff was so accommodating and wonderful with every request and question. The hotel was just a short 5 min walk to the Collosseum and near lots of restaurants. I loved this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay! The staff is kind and helpful, our room was clean with comfortable beds, the bathroom well designed and stocked, and breakfast was delicious with a beautiful view. Most of all the location is perfect, especially for our first time in Rome. My only regret is that we didn't have more time there!!

The staff was wonderful. We were greeted by a porter when our cab pulled up and he handled all of our bags for us. They also brought prosecco to our room which was a lovely surprise. We had an issue with the person in the room next door having their television up very loud and they took care of it. We loved that breakfast is included and it was a good selection. What we did not like was the AC did not feel very cool. We set it as low as it could go, and I still woke up in the middle of the night in a sweat. Also, the drapes seem purely decorative and do not close, so we could never get the room fully dark. We traveled during the summer when it stays light for a long time, and this was a real issue. Between the air conditioning and too much light, I don’t know if I would stay here again.

The location was excellent in a quiet neighborhood, a short walk to the Collosseum. There were lots of shops, cafres and restaurants in the area. I appreciated that staff met me and carried my luggage when I arrived at the hotel and also took me to my room. Check-in was smooth. The front desk and the concierge were helpful, kind, and professional. The room was spotless and very clean. It was extremely small though and an upgrade to a bigger room would require an extra charge and could only be done early the following morning. I initially agreed to the upgrade for an extra charge. However given that I was only in Rome for 2 days and had to leave early in the morning to begin exploring the sights, I opted not to change rooms as not only would it be an inconvenience but it would significantly disrupt my schedule and time allocated for sightseeing. The check-out staff were pleasant. I did however had an unpleasant experience with a staff when I asked for a toilet paper as it was running low. A male staff brought in a tissue paper instead. He gave me an unpleasant look as if my request was unreasonable. He looked upset, did not say a word, turned around and walked away. Being considerate, I ended up going downstairs to pick up the toilet paper myself as he was about to go upstairs to my room to save him the trouble of going up again though he really could have taken the elevator. Other than this encounter and the tiny room assigned to me, my experience overall was great.

The hotel has all requirements for my perfect stay. Great location. I was able to reach the entrance of the hotel by car - which was very important for me as I had 3 heavy suitcases. There was a porter to help with that. Amazing. 24 hours front desk. Lift in a hotel. Very clean room. Good power of the shower and water was hot as I like. Great breakfast. I was using laundry services and was very pleased with them - the delivery was quick, the quality great and the price affordable.
