I enjoyed the quiet restfulness of this inner hotel room Il Limone and the lovely garden with fruit trees and roses, tables for eating breakfast or just being a tranquil place to go from the August heat. At night there was no security person on site; entrance code access was shared as digital key to use with my cell phone. A convenient, good location in Trastevere neighborhood for walking to local restaurants, gelaterias and from Rome’s historical center.

Great hotel with good restaurants nearby

This hotel is a charming gem situated in the vibrant Trasvetere area. Great for transport links and good places to eat. Lovely helpful staff and a very good selection for breakfast. Our room was well equipped. We particularly liked the charming courtyard. Would definitely stay here again.

Charm, exceptional value, fantastic location

Exceptional location, price and service. Upon arrival, the front desk was overly friendly and helpful; very much appreciated when traveling in a new country and city. The hotel is beyond charming with a courtyard and wood beam ceilings. The breakfast was as expected with delicious pastries and the option to eat in the breakfast room or in the courtyard under the Olive tree. Location is steps from the plaza with multiple restaurants and bars, however, with that comes noise late into the evening.

The property is in a noisy area and there is a lot of street work that happens during the night. It's in a great location and the staff is very nice. I recommend the location but I also recommend the hotel let future guest know when there is construction happing on the street by the hotel.

If you are going to Rome, this is the place to stay! It was absolutely wonderful! The rooms were spotless, superior breakfast, and customer service beyond anything I have ever experienced. We stayed here 3 nights and would go back in a second. This is such a safe neighborhood and is perfectly located for great dining options too.

The staff went above and beyond. I had a hard time finding the hotel and the front desk attendant answered my call and stayed on the phone with me while he waited outside in the street. He carried my bags all the way to my room, which was spacious and clean. Exceptional job, I will be returning.
