The property is a quiet location. The staff was helpful. The elevator didn’t work. my TV didn’t work. The bidet didn’t work. The breakfast is in a very quiet spot very enjoyable.

Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Das meiste Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war kostenlos und sehr lecker – ein echtes Highlight! Leider war eine Mitarbeiterin, die nur Italienisch sprach, nicht besonders höflich. Zudem fehlte während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts die Klobrille, was den Komfort eingeschränkt hat.

Convenient location, clean rooms. But elevator does not reach all floors/rooms, AC was not turned on in the room prior to check-in (room thermostat read 29C at time of check in and took multiple hours to get down to ~24C), and wifi was spotty with connection issues throughout the stay

Great hotel with pretty good breakfast. Few minutes away from a metro station or about a 15-20 min walk to the main train station. Great dining options nearby. The rooms were smaller than expected and I heard footsteps through the door along with other conversations.

This was our first time in Rome. The hotel is really cute, the rooms are nice, and the staff is so sweet. We enjoyed our stay here and would deffinitely stay again. Its on the outskirts of the city centre so its not touristy or crowded, and it's only a 5 min walk to the Metro.

Me gustó la habitación, solo que desde que llegamos no servía el aire acondicionado y el calor en Roma estuvo fuerte. No solucionaron el aire ni nos cambiaron de habitación. Nos hospedamos 3 noches.

Only thing we didn't like was the elevator didn't go up to our floor so we had to carry our large suitcases up the last flight of stairs. But other than that, the staff were awesome.

Wir haben kürzlich ein paar Tage in diesem Hotel verbracht und möchten uns auf diesem Weg ganz herzlich bedanken. Schon beim Check-in wurden wir herzlich empfangen, und dieser positive Eindruck hat sich während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts bestätigt. Das Personal ist wirklich außergewöhnlich freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer aufmerksam – ohne dabei aufdringlich zu wirken. Egal ob an der Rezeption, im Restaurant oder beim Zimmerservice: Man spürt, dass hier Menschen arbeiten, die ihren Beruf mit Leidenschaft ausüben. Das Hotel selbst ist gepflegt und bietet alles, was man für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt braucht. Doch was den Aufenthalt wirklich besonders gemacht hat, war Ihr großartiges Team. Das Zimmer war schön und alles war sehr sauber. Das Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt und es gab frische Handtücher. Bei unserem Fernseher gab es keinen Empfang, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Was wirklich schlecht war, war der Service beim Frühstück. Angekündigt für 7:30 Uhr kam aber die Servicekraft immer erst einiges später, war immer unfreundlich und hat einem den Kaffee auf den Tisch geknallt. Man sollte einfach nicht im Service arbeiten, wenn man dazu keine Lust hat. So wurde einem der schöne Aufenthalt deutlich getrübt

Tout etait très bien. La chambre un peu petite mais très propre. Le siege ded toilettes était brisé. Le quartier était rempli d'itinérants et je ne me sentais pas très en sécuritépour le soir. Ça semblait un quartier défavorisé.
