Really clean, spacious, light rooms in a great location within walking distance to Rome Termani. Great recommendations made to local restaurants, food market.

Excellent property. Spacious and well styled rooms. Kitchen has everything you need and the pots/pans are in new condition. Double windows completely block out any street noise. Excellent hot water and water pressure. AC in main living area and bedroom worked exceptionally well. Very little noise from hallways. Pay laundry facilities on lower level. Friendly staff for check in. Short walk from the Termini train station. Large grocery store two blocks away. Easy access to Hop on Off busses or metro. Having a kitchen helped us save money by having breakfast in, late lunch while out exploring then a small dinner in. Can’t recommend this accommodation enough and would stay again in a heart beat.

Property was very clean and safe. Very close to two embassies which had Italian military personnel assigned to the street corners 24 hours a day. Very close to a metro stop and coffee shop. The only real problem was a clear lack of instructions on how to operate the AC system. Finally found a remote control nearby but the batteries were dead. The shower was quite small but overall the property was a great value. Definitely would recommend.

Great location and lovely apartments
We loved our reservation. If you are travelling with a toddler, location is very important. It’s 6 min walk away from the train station (Roma Termini). You wont have to carry your luggage very long. Everything is about 30 min walks away (Trévi Fountain, Coliseum, Spanish steps, etc) or 15 min in cabs.

Nice Apartment
Very comfortable apartment with nice living area and comfortable bed, only disappointment was tiny shower. We traveled with another couple and they had a nicer bathroom/shower at the same rate. The location was very convenient to Termini, but most key tourist destinations were too long a walk in the searing August sun. Visit to Villa Borghese was the highlight in the area. Building has a nice courtyard that we enjoyed wine and snacks each night.

This apartment was really great and the owners/operators, Julia and Anna were very organized, responsive, and accommodating. Would definitely recommend staying here! And will stay here again myself if I'm in Rome again. Pros: - Spacious apartment with three separate rooms (two bedrooms and a living room) and a kitchenette. - Very clean - Air Conditioners on each room and they worked great! - Very responsive and professional owners/operators who speak English very well! - Functional kitchenette with a stove top, fridge, toaster, kettle, and microwave - Elevator in the building - Beautiful views out of the windows - Close to a metro station (use Castro Pretorio, NOT Termini!!) - Close to a few good supermarkets (Conad City and Pam local) Cons: - Seems to be located right on the edge of a bad area but you can mostly avoid that if you do not go towards the Rome Termini train and metro station. - Not located in the center of touristy part of Rome. So, for Coliseum and other central Rome areas, you should consider taking a metro or a taxi. It's be a long walk there from this apartment (35-40 minutes). Metro is very quick (Blue line) and only costs 1.5 euro or you can buy a Roma Pass or unlimited rides pass.

A Perfect Gem in Rome
The apartment was fantastic and had every possible accommodation needed for our stay. The host was so informative and attentive and really made our stay very comfortable. The apartment is located 5 minutes from the metro and 10 minutes from the Rome Termini train station. Although it is centrally located, it was incredibly quiet and peaceful. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom and kitchen were excellent.

Wonderful! Highly recommend!
This was a fantastic property. Very convenient to Termini and other areas. Loved the size of the 2 bedrooms and the apartment was very clean. The owners were very helpful and responsive. Their directions were clear and easy to use. Very happy with this apartment and when I go back to Rome, I will always try to book this apartment!

The location is really convenient to Termini and attractions. The street is really quiet at night time. Also, the staff is really helpful in resolving issues during our stay.

Great place - modern and clean and very well located. You are close enough to all the sites by transit and it is very quiet. Less than 19mins walk from the train station. Apartment has everything you need and Anna will communicate all the key pieces of information

Great option for tourists: close to train station and metro, also walkable (30 min) to historic center. Check in is Well organized, all information provided without asking, very quiet, clean, has everything you need. Plenty of towels, toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, shampoo, soap, Netflix. I only have one complaint - pots and pans in the kitchen are all scratched and bad quality. I had all intention to cook but couldn’t bring myself to use those beaten up pans. Other than that - highly recommend.

I stayed at this place for 4 days and the first impression of the place was WOW. It was actually way bigger than I saw from the images. High ceilling, spacious living room, comfortable bed. There was nothing to complain about. The restaurants, metro, grocery markets were located very close. I'd love to come back here when I visit Rome next time again.

Close to the train station, but generally the location is far from the center of action. We were given a unit with very small kitchen and living room is not real living room. It is like an entrance(foyer) turned into an living room. Not cozy at all.

The place was clean. The do not provide cleaning service during the stay and there is no breakfast. We were okay with that but I realize might not be the choice for other travellers.

We enjoyed the room, it was clean and comfortable. It was an out of the way location with transportation close by and the train station was only a few minutes walk to get to. There was a grocery store nearby and some good restaurants nearby as well. If I had to complain about anything it would be the size of the shower, a little bit small but that seemed to be the norm here.

We really enjoyed our stay at Rezidenza Termini, walking distance from Roma Termini Train and Bus station and host was kind and helpful. The location is nice if you are not trying to be in the heart of the city. We took many e-bikes to and from our apartment and they were reasonably priced (7-15 euros 1 way) and there is public transport close by as well. Grazzi, Ana!

Great place to stay, our favorite in Italy! Excellent location- five minutes walk from Termini for travel in or out of Rome. Taxi stand 2 minutes away. Next to numerous grocery stores and great restaurants. The air conditions worked wonderfully, especially in the 100 degree heat! Hot water in shower was plentiful. Elevator and place to wash clothes. Property managers were outstanding. Nothing negative to say about Residenza Termini!!!

Apartment is a Gem
Excellent apartment. Clean. Well equipped. Spacious. Manager was easy to work with and helpful. Close to Termini so easy access to all transportation. Excellent AC which was critical as temperatures were over 100. Close to groceries. Would highly recommend. Price is great compared to other places and has much better amenities. I rarely review but this place exceeded expectations.
