Our stay at the Ricci Rooms Nazionale was amazing. It was well nice and clean, air conditioned, convenient for shopping, for getting to the Colosseum and the Trevi Fountain. The staff were quick to respond and answer any questions. It was a safe place to stay, making it more enjoyable and comfortable.
The room was so cleaned and smelled so good. The location was perfect for us as it was near everything that we wanted to do in Rome as tourist. The AC worked okay! The instructions to the room were a little hard to maneuver, but eventually we got situated and figured everything out and the day after that was perfect.
Felt like EVERYTHING was close to the apartment. This is an amazing location and felt very safe. The room was comfortable, the AC works best when you close the bathroom door. The first elevator does require you going up 2 flights of stairs so be careful how you pack! I would definitely stay here again though.
It was very easy check in and great location. It was clean and perfect for a few days in Rome. Chiara was amazing and great communication and recommendations.
Great location! The room were very very clean. The AC was a must during our stay and it was great having the room and the space cooled down.
The room are renovated in very rustic environments buildings.
Recommend it to any visitors who is willing to enjoy Rome!
Would highly recommend. It felt very safe, the police station was also close by. It was so close to walk to the trains and metro, and soooo many great restaurants. The AC and private bathroom was so needed and great for.
We had a lovely time here for our short stay in Rome. The location was very ideal as all the main sites and attractions were a very walkable distance!
Francesco was super helpful too whenever we had any issues with opening the safe, unlocking the door when we first landed etc. Great host!
Great location amazing place only issue until you get to the elevator there are lots of steps and with luggages its hard other then that everything was amazing host location clean place
The loacation was excellent. This is not a hotel, witch we thought it was. ( should’ve of paid closer attention) This was more of renting a room. No reception. The host was wonderful very responsive we had a issue with being able to open building gate, on our end it was showing not valid. But turned out to be a different button. Anyways host responded quickly. Place is small, bed was not comfy. (Very hard) but our opinion. A recommendation Could use a long mirror or just another mirror for woman to get ready. Over all the stay was good. Location wins this place.
A clean, quiet and comfortable room with mini fridge, bottles of water and a compact bathroom with lovely toiletries. The WiFi worked well and the air conditioner was brilliant. We would have died in the heat otherwise. There is a coffee machine with pods and kettle in the shared kitchen area. Chiara was very helpful both before and after check in and check out. It is in a great location. The one drawback is there are a lot of stairs to get to the second floor ,where Ricci rooms is located and the lift ( which is tiny and didn’t work when we left) only starts from floor one.
We loved our stay at Ricci Rooms! The location was great with a supermarket, bus stop and pharmacy all within a few blocks. The room felt big and spacious and was very clean and well maintained. Chiara was very helpful and always responded quickly to our requests.
The air conditioning was great and certainly made sleeping very comfortable.
Only negatives were that the blind was very hard to move to provide privacy from other buildings, we were not provided with an “do not disturb” sign for the door and the safe unfortunately did not work.
Overall we loved our stay here and would definitely recommend!
Very nice one night stay traveling through Rome. The air conditioning felt great as the end of May was real hot. Entry instructions were helpful as the room is tucked away from the street and noise inside a bigger builing. Shared kitchen/ sitting area had everything you needed... coffee/water, etc. Taxi stand close to property made it convenient to get to Navona
Fantastic location, and lovely room. Self service so didnt see that staff but they were quick to respond and assist through messaging.
Great stay for my first time in Rome !
The location of the property was well-suited for walking to many popular sites. Everything inside was very clean, and we felt very safe with the multiple locked gates and doors. The instructions for accessing the room weren’t super clear, especially considering the number above the door is tiny and not painted a noticeable color. Nothing was said above needing to turn on the air with a remote control, so we spent several hours sweating out the heat wave while trying to sleep before we figured it out. It just would have been nice to have that written with the instructions for those of us used to central AC.
Ricci Rooms Nazionale provided clean and comfortable accommodations in a convenient central area of Rome. Our room was well furnished, featuring a desk and a modern bathroom with a shower. The bed was particularly comfortable, making for a pleasant night's sleep after busy days of sightseeing. We also appreciated the access to a kitchenette with microwave and coffee machine and a table where we chatted with other guests about their adventures.
While there is no on-site front desk, staff members are readily accessible through WhatsApp and were responsive whenever assistance was needed. During our stay, we experienced some difficulty with the entry codes used to access the property. Although staff responded promptly to our messages, the recurring issues created some uncertainty about whether we would be able to re-enter the Ricci Rooms without assistance.
The property is conveniently located near public transportation and the train station, making it easy to explore Rome's many attractions, neighbourhoods, restaurants, and historic sites.
Overall, Ricci Rooms Nazionale offers clean, comfortable accommodations and an excellent location for visitors looking to experience the heart of Rome. The responsive staff and comfortable rooms make it a solid choice, though the entry system could benefit from improved reliability.
This is such an amazing spot! It is very safe and in such a good spot. There was AC and the staff were extremely helpful! I definitely recommend this place!!
