Fantastic little find in the HEART of Rome!

What a fantastic location. RIGHT in the heart of Rome and centrally located to so many of the iconic landmarks. This location was perfect for what we were looking for and at the price point, satisfied all of our needs. European rooms are smaller than American rooms regardless, so if you have a lot of luggage or more than 2 people, be prepared that you may need to verify the room size. For two people our room was the perfect size. If you are a very tall or larger individual, you may find the shower in our particular room fairly compact. Our contact (Marco) took care of setting up our transfers for us as well and was VERY attentive and helpful during our stay. The building was very quiet and you didn't hear any street or pedestrian noise. Depending on your cell provider you may or may not have reception due to the solid walls of the building, but wifi worked perfectly. If you are English speaking, be prepared, you are in Italy, so all of the TV channels are in Italian language as should be expected. We just watched our shows on our iPad. Housekeeping came by daily to refresh which was so nice to come back to after a long day of exploring.

Ripetta Rooms was wonderful! Great location: a 1 minute walk to Piazza Del Popolo, 10- 20 minute walks to the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps, and the Pantheon. The room was charming, clean and spacious. We had a room with twin beds and a corner view of the street. Absolutely wonderful! This is not a hotel with a lobby or restaurant… but there are plenty of amazing eating places immediately on the streets below The caretaker Patrick was super friendly and kind. Went out his way to make us feel very welcome. Would absolutely come here again!.

Advanced access code information for the building and room were not provided before arrival There was an absence of reception staff during the stay. The location was difficult to find as there was only a tiny wall sign beside the door indicating the name of the property. Surrounding businesses didn’t know of the location when an inquiry was made. Much frustration could be avoided by simply providing the necessary access codes in advance. This is not a hotel. It functions more like an Airbnb.
