"Upon check-in the afternoon person was not very friendly. Seemed like he did not want to be there. We again saw him throughout the days, and he did not look up to acknowledge us. He was buried deep looking down at what I think was his computer. He was however friendlier to guests who spoke Italian. He did not make me feel very welcome. Other than that everyone else was helpful and friendly."

"The hotel was clean, with service daily, small but enough our stay, the shower leaked every time we use it needs to be taking care not a big deal. Breakfast was very good we enjoyed it! Very convenient location that was great for getting around, but could be noisy at times. I really like the location that was a plus very convenient I will recommend this hotel."
