Nice but in hindsight, further out than i would have preferred (not ideal for the traveler that likes taking metros - rolling the suitcase along rough streets for several blocks is not the ideal). Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was adequate.

This is a wonderful spot in Rome. We enjoyed the room and breakfast. We walked everywhere and found it convenient. We appreciated having the kitchen for our stay. We would definitely stay again and would recommend to others.

This is a nice place with a friendly and welcoming host, and onsite parking for a daily fee. Accommodation is on three floors, and no elevator - so be aware that you're going to have to carry your stuff upstairs. Breakfast was good, with some excellent bakeries, juice, and coffee or tea. Our room, on the top floor, was comfortable and had everything we needed. We had a rooftop terrace too, from which you could see the statuary on St John Lateran if you leaned out a bit! It's within walking distance to the Baths Of Caracalla, Forum, and Colosseum if you're of regular fitness, and only a couple of minutes to San Giovanni in Laterano. You can do the circuit round all of them, taking your time. There's a Metro starion (San Giovanni) about 5 minutes walk away, and plenty shops just around the corner. I've no hesitation in recommending.

The property was beautiful, our room had a balcony woth a great view and it was nice for relaxing at the end of the day. We took the metro to Vatican City very easily and, although the walk was long, we enjoyed walking to the Pantheon. The restaraunts were great and filled with locals during peak season (mid July), which isn't something we expected but was a happy surprise!

The property is in a great location. It is in walking distance to stores, restaurants, ATMs, etc. and is in a very safe neighborhood. The owner is extremely nice and helped me more than once with some problems I had. I will definitely come back and highly recommend this property.

Good host, still not recommending

The host was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was nothing to really brag about. We found out that the breakfast started at 08 am every day, which for us was too late given our plans. The bed was very hard/stiff, and was not comfortable to sleep on. My boyfriend even came home with some backpain due to the bed. I got rashes the second day in Rome, which only increased during the stay. It seemed to me that this might have been caused by bedbugs because the rashes all went away after my visit here. So I would not recommend this place even though it's cheap..
