Der var SÅ beskidt. Direkte ulækkert. Tror ikke der er blevet gjort rent i flere år. Støvet og snavsen var groet fast.tandkruset var var aldrig blevet baseret. Selv inden i skabet og i skufferne var der beskidt. Så vi måtte ned og købe rengøringsmidler og udstyr og bruge 2 timer, 2 personer på at gøre rent. Det var en lejlighed, ikke et hotel. Så væggene var SÅ tynde, at man kunne hører andre tale i de andre rum. Det lå dog okay. Lokalt. I et alm. lejlighedskompleks, hvilke vi synes var hyggeligt

Ο Μάριο υπέροχος οικοδεσπότης. Το δωμάτιο άνετο, καθαρό. Βρίσκεται κοντά στο termini και στις συγκοινωνίες, οι οποίες είναι πολύ συχνές. Όλα όσα πρέπει να δεις είναι κοντά. Θα ξαναπάμε σίγουρα.

Horrible experience

When we arrived at the hotel we waited 20minutes because the owner came late. The room was very dirty, there was hair in the floor, bed, shower, carpet and even in the fridge. There was also blood and yellow spots in the bed, pillows and in the towels. There was midnight when we arrived and saw all the misery, we must to find another hotel to sleep. The next day we called the owner and he called us for liars and said that it's not possible any refund.

Aanrader voor u verblijf in Rome!

Tof guesthouse in een iets minder toeristisch deel van Rome, maar toch op wandelafstand van alle hotspots en termini station. Vele leuke restaurants in de buurt. De eigenaar is supervriendelijk en behulpzaam! Als ik één minpunt moet geven: het ontbijt is wat sober maar leuke coffeeshops in de omgeving.

На несколько дней неплохо.

Владелец Марио очень добрый и отзывчивый, помогал во всем. Как и во всем Риме, в номере очень холодно. Полы не моют и немного грязновато в номере. Завтрак очень лёгкий. Круассан и чай/кофе. В остальном все отлично !

Abbiamo trovato un signore gentilissimo Anche un quartieri molto tranquillo Vicino alla fermata del pullman La pulizia della abitazioni non si fa solo cambiano gli asciugamani un giorno si uno no fino li va bene. gli appartamenti moderni e molto carini peccato che la pulizia era minima anche la colazioni.

Oikein mukava palvelu! Mario – kiitos loistavasta vastaanotosta! Pieni (7 huonetta), siisti huoneisto, ystävällistä henkilökunta. Nopea, ilmainen WiFi. Italialainen aamupala minun makuun on vähän kummallista – croissant, kahvi ja jogurtti. Kahvi on maukas. Varhaisaamulla on ärsyttävää kaupungin melua, mutta suljetulla ikkunalla on ok. Kylpyhuoneessa, suihkussa ei ole kovaa veden painetta, omistaja sanoi, että tämä on yleinen ongelma Roomassa.

The room was nice and clean, everything regarding the facilities was really good. The neighbourhood was also nice and clean, with good restaurants and shopping opportunities. Best of all was the host who made us feel welcome and helped out with everything that we might need to get a perfect trip. All in all, a very good place with a very nice and welcoming host.

Хороший отель. Отличное расположение, не далеко от ж/д вокзала. Очень гостеприимный хозяин (Марио). В номерах чисто, есть все необходимое. Рядом магазины и рестораны.

O local é de fácil acesso por ônibus e é possível também fazer tudo a pé. O quarto é novo, confortável e limpo. O anfitrião é muito simpático e solícito! Os únicos problemas foram o wi-fi que não pegava no nosso quarto (4) e tínhamos que ir até a cozinha para utilizar e o elevador que por muitas vezes parava e tínhamos que subir e descer pelas escadas. De restante, tudo perfeito!

5* for Mario and his Gueat house

Very good location near restaurants, banks and offices so makes this area very safe. Mario is a lovely host and gave us very nice welcome and good bye. We had some issue with the elevator( is an old type). You are gonna love your stay. Aaaah- room no. 4,5 has not the best wi fi signal but with your door open works ok:)

Netter Aufenthalt bei Mario

Die Unterkunft ist ganz neu und liegt perfekt zwischen Hauptbahnhof und Villa Borghese. In der Nähe sind viele gute italienische Restaurants und vieles ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Mario war immer sehr bemüht, das Frühstück war recht einfach-typisch italienisch. Er ist nicht immer im Hause deshalb muss man ihm Bescheid geben wann man ankommt aber wenn etwas dringend ist kann man ihn auch anrufen. Super Preis Leistungs Verhältnis und ein herzlicher Host der einem viel über Rom erzählen kann.
