Such a good stay, the staff was very helpful. Loved our room, there was more space than I thought. Location was right around the corner of the twin churches.

Room was clean and comfortable for its small size. Bathroom was spacious and clean. Loved the drinking water service station with empty plastic bottles being available at every floor. Overall it was a nice pick and the area could not had been better.

The property was great - cute room with plenty of space for our needs. Right off the Piazza del Popolo, which was close to shopping and reasonable walking distance to the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, and Spanish Steps. We also walked to the Colosseum, but that was a bit longer. Vittoria, who handles check in was also so easy to work with. She coordinated a ride from the airport to the hotel, which was so nice after a long plane ride.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location. You are close to everything, and the cleaning lady was extremely sweet! Do not come here the manager of this establishment is disgustingly rude and extremely snarky. Beyond unprofessional to say the least. There’s a reason why they only have bad reviews. You can read what the manager responds to the paying customers (extremely rudely). Save your money and stay somewhere else!

The location of the property was excellent and very convenient for exploring the city. However, my overall experience was extremely disappointing. I wasn’t given the gate access code at check-in, and when I returned from dinner, I was completely locked out. No one answered my calls, and I was left alone late at night with no way to get in. It was my birthday, and what should have been a special evening turned into a very stressful and upsetting experience. I had to book another hotel at the last minute. I was later promised a compensation, but it never came. Unfortunately, despite the great location, I can’t recommend this property.

no hot water for 2 dsys after numerous requests. The Tv does not change chanells nor does it go off with remote again after numberoys requests. Had to lug our heavy luggage up 2 flights of stairs. no help was in sight
