From the moment I booked this place, Enrico was incredibly responsive & helpful, telling me how to get there on the public transit bus from FCO terminal 1, greeting me as I arrived in the dark in the rain, pointing me to good local restaurants (a great one right across the street). The room was huge, clean, quiet, and with great AC. I will 110% ONLY stay here from now on, when having to overnight at FCO. Enrico could not have been more helpful, reassuring and welcoming. You can NOT go wrong staying here.

I loved staying here!! The entire staff are genuine and sweet. The room I stayed in was clean and elegant. Any time I had a question the gentleman would have the answer immediately. There’s a handful of places to eat with in walking distance, there’s two bus stops out front, and plenty of parking for cars. Highly recommend!!

Everything looked like the photos in the listing. The only thing that is a little misleading is that the description did not mention that the bathrooms were shared with other apartments on the same floor. When booking this, you assume that everything is in one location, meaning private. Since we had to use a shared bathroom, the shower would not drain properly. I made the host aware. He thanked me for bringing it to his attention. Other than that, the space was very clean, and cute.

Clean room with air conditioning. It doesn't show well in the description of the rooms that they are with shared bathroom (except one room). Since we were only staying 2 night it didn't really matter. Not much around this place except for a few restaurants in walking distance. You can't walk to Ostia Antica as there are no sidewalks and heavy traffic, but you may walk to the beach (50+ minutes) Bus service in the area is difficult to sort out and where to get tickets. At least we managed to get from the airport to the hotel. I recommend this place as a stopover being close to the airport, but not as a multiple night stay.

Great property even though I didn’t realize when I booked that it was shared bathrooms they provided robes which was great. There are many good seafood restaurants within walking distance we went to a great steakhouse only a 4minute drive away and only took less than 10min drive to airport in the morning.

My stay of one night was great. The room was immaculate as well as the bathroom. Toiletries were provided along with the bathrobe. It was excellent. Note: One thing that I would comment was that someone did cook from the first floor kitchen and the aroma from cooking was evident in my bedroom. It was night time.

Great stay near the airport. Extremely clean!!! The fellow running the place was very helpful and kind! Breakfast available. Shuttle to airport available. AC in each room which was a must during summer in Italy. There is around 5 or 6 rooms total. One of the rooms has an ensuite bathroom. The other rooms share two bathrooms. Overall great stay!

The place is immaculate, it is very comfortable with everything you need for a quick getaway. The owner and his family are totally amazing, friendly and very welcoming. The bathrooms are shared but are kept in perfectly clean condition. I would highly recommend and will definitely be staying here again in the future.
