This property is in the heart of Trastevere. Neighborhood is safe and close to bars, cafes, restaurants and shopping. Andreas was a great host and was there to meet us when we arrived. Room was clean and had ac which was a plus.

No lobby and nowhere to sit outside. Just a small room. No staff members there most of the day or evening.

I would have liked a second key for my mother or just be able to lock the door without having the power go off. One of the wall outlet didnt work making it difficult to heat water. Otherwise a fairly nice room.

The room was outdated and dreary, it was uncomfortably hot and took almost an hour to cool down...everytime we went out since the air cannot be left on while it's 90-100 degrees in rome in the summer. There was no toilet paper!!! This is a first, in all of my travels i have never been to a hotel that does not provide toilet paper. The staff insisted on communicating via whatsapp and asked for my passports multiple times even after we sent them the photo. The place was relatively clean, although i did not feel comfortable walking barefoot anywhere in my room. The best aspect was the windows, they are double pane so that helped keep the hot air out a bit as well as the bugs.For similar cost, our previous accommodation via expedia in naples was so incredible and beautful with staff present, they should talk to the owner of the amadomus resort, because he clearly knows how to run a small hotel..,
