"Clean room. Helpful staff! They can get you a taxi called in so you don’t have to worry on finding one. They speak Italian, English, and some Spanish depends on the day. I would definitely stay there again. One thing to note assuming all hotels are the same out there in Italy that they have a resort fee or some sort of tax like a tourism fee. Depends on the amount based on the amount of days you stay I believe mine was $75 for five days."
"Beautiful hotel, staff were so friendly and helpful. We were upgraded due to celebrating a special occasion which was incredible, the room was spotless & comfortable and the extra touches were lovely. The location of the hotel is great too, close to all transport links and so many cafes/bars very close by. "
"Truly the best hotel in Rome!! Location is amazing for a short stay, right across from Roma Termini. Staff are lovely and the on-site breakfast is a great way to start the day."
"We arrived for our check in and were greeted by Kevin who provided excellent service and great suggestions. Room reserved was large, clean with a good sized bathroom. Additional amenities included coffee making appliance and a small fridge. Mattress on the queen sized bed was one of the best we have had on our many travels.
Accommodation is absolutely bang on, close to Metro in addition to walking distance to many sites such as Trevi fountain and the Spanish steps plus Piazza Del Poppalo. We loved the location."
"I always stay here when I have an early flight out of Rome. You can’t beat the accessibility to the terminal in the wee hours of the morning. The rooms are nice and a perfect place to detox if you need a day to rest at the end of your trip. If you’re on a long layover, the Leonardo Express nearby is very easy to take into city center if you have some extra time to grab a meal or see a monument or two. I will continue to stay at this hotel every time I have an early flight. "
