it was a very fresh and new hotel. furniture , bathrooms and rooms were very lovely. Breakfast was slightly poor and need some more variety. Location was good, quite near to buss stops and tram line 8 though it takes almost 30 minutes by tram to reach Piazza Venizia (city center).

The staff were professional, kind and prompt. The rooms are very nice, clean and completely well done. Would recommend. The location is not convenient for the major attractions but it's not horrible. We enjoyed staying here with our moms for Christmas. Very nice staff and great to have a restaurant on site. The rooms were comfy and the breakfast www great. We could easily get into Rome in 15-20 minutes in taxi. Our only suggestion would be to include conditioner in the bathroom.
