Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent. Location was good.

It was a pleasant stay. Breakfast was just alright, service can be improved and be attentive.

Comfortable bed, clean room. Not spacious but good value for money. Right in city centre and walking distance to every thing

When I was told on check in day (I was 2 hours early) that I had to pay 20 DKK for self storage locker at basement , I was appalled. But later when I checked the left locker rate at train station .. is 70 DKK so is probably cheaper to do so at hotel. I felt this could have been a complimentary service to guests Other than this .. the hotel is located next to canal. u can see brave people swimming in the cold waters of Jan. is located about 11 mins walk from bus terminal.. n 10 mins walk to...

Despite the close proximity to the train tracks, the noise did not significantly impact our experience. The room size was adequate for four guests, even without fully opening luggage, and the convenience of public transportation access was a significant advantage.

Love the place but a little difficult to walk around the room coz beds are to near to each other and the under bed locker is not convenient as its not so easy to open, takes to much place for such a tiny walk way and makes noise if you need to wake up super early or come back late. But overall amazing experience

It was a big room for the cheapest room. The staff were really friendly too and provided many recommendations around the area too!

good facilities, convenient location

The service and breakfast were good. The kitchen facilities in the basement were excellent. One thing that could be improved was the cleanliness of the quilt and pillow. I am not sure how others' were, but mine looked dirty.

Nice and easy to find location. Staff are very friendly as well. Central location. Shall be my choice when I have a chance to be back.
