Francesca is absolutely wonderful and her mother was delightful. They gave us great recommendations and made reservations on our behalf. We arrived early so they picked us up from the ferry port with our luggage to save us the walk/bus trip and continued to offer us lifts into Bellagio. Breakfast was delivered early next morning. A good selection of food including fresh pastry/bread, coffee, teas and juice.
