"Don't plan on skiing early, as the front desk manager refuses to check you out before 8 am. Also, parking is limited and the property is totally overpriced for its condition.
The front desk manager on March 2, 2025 literally yelled at guests who wanted to check out at 7:35 am, despite assurances from the previous day's shift. Never seen any Hotel staff in the world being that unprofessional and angry!!"

"Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t very welcoming. Breakfast was good and the service Nothing to complain. I enjoyed my stay there. The only thing I can think of that is that the room was pretty cold. The heater wasn’t working or not in service and in the evenings it was chilly in the room"
"Excellent! Very clean, easy check in/ check out, quiet, plenty of parking space, close to the main spots, beautiful view from window, free tea, coffee, milk, wide range of cereals. Just would like to suggest to write allergens on cereals/ cornflakes for guests with allergies. But otherwise it is an amazing place to stay. "
