晚餐跟早餐一般般，早餐最弱，跟一般商務旅館差不多，房間大間，裝潢略顯老氣，服務人員沒什麼笑容，最優是戶外泡湯區，體驗到森林裡泡湯的感覺，整體感受：一般

尊爵四人房完全沒有一萬三千多的價值，比起別墅去兩人房，房間太小了。整體設備已經很老舊，浴缸、門窗都看得出有點年代了，用餐的地方有蒼蠅，實在不應該。整體品質與定價不符。可以誇獎的就蝴蝶園那區跟森林遊樂區的步道。

值得再去的好地方
511號房,房間很大,衛浴看起來都有點歷史了,應該要翻新一下了.房務清潔有待加強,水槽週邊有茶漬、浴缸的水龍頭一直漏.其它外在環境還算不錯,結合富源森林遊樂區,風景很漂亮.自助晚餐中規中矩,品項多,口味尚可,不難吃.還會再去.

室內可泡湯，員工說戶外大眾池每天都會換水，夜間可看到螢火蟲，白天有生態導覽，還可走環山步道，風景優美，空氣清新，適合喜歡大自然的遊客來造訪

美麗又健康
實在太美麗的地方了，房間乾淨整齊，外面的風景跟森林也是美不勝收 推薦大家一定要來走走喔。 Ps一定要搭配他的晚餐跟早餐，他的晚餐非常非常非常的美味可口。 感受得到他每一道菜的用心。

We are vegetarian, the meals were below our expected standard. The hotel prepared additional dishes for us. This was the third time we visited Butterfly Valley, the cooking and meals were the worst among all.

很適合家庭旅遊的地方
環境很優, 園區很大, 很適合喜歡爬山散步的人. 這次入住是二樓的房間, 剛好在餐廳的樓上, 人多的時侯會聽到外別人面用餐的聲音. 房間設備雖然沒有很新, 但環境還南非常乾淨. 下次有機會會再訪, 但會想改住別墅區.

適合親子旅遊
渡假村的服務人員都很親切有禮，這次入住有含早晚餐，樣式雖不多，口味也普普，若對吃沒有很講究、懶得出門覓食、想要圖方便的人可以考慮。園區很大，有森林步道、泡湯區，很適合想走走路吸收芬多精及泡湯放鬆的朋友。 唯有房間內的浴缸沒有很乾淨，有毛髮及一些贓物，導致我們訂了泡湯房型卻沒能在房間享受到泡湯的優閒，這點比較可惜。希望浴室的清潔度能再加強。

很棒的體驗
環境優美，親近大自然。很適合放鬆放空的地方。值得再來。不過還是要小心，鎖門的時侯遇到大蜘蛛在門把，嚇慘。可以用感應的更好

對於蝴蝶谷的好, 與可以更好
沒有形容詞可以描述他的好,唯有蟲鳴鳥叫&野生猴群們打擾了我的美夢^_^。 有兩個美中不足的地方: 1.沒有電動車充電設備。期望園區能跟業者配合,安置付費充電樁。 2.無線網路:幾乎無法使用,真的變成無限網路了。再請思考改善。

住在房間內有棵大樹的房間 真是特別的體驗 浴室的泡澡池非常大又舒適 含早晚餐食對房客真是方便 住在別墅區都有專車接送 隨叫隨到 服務周到 早上的導覽活動收穫滿滿 附設的湧泉也很讚 雖然遇到頻繁的地震 一家人一樣睡的很舒服

跋山涉水之地可在此停留一晚
我訂的是有晚餐+早餐，菜色非常多選擇口味就因人而異囉，有住宿的車子直接開進去免費停免門票，門口購票處出示住宿資料即可，室內乾淨、房間大、冷氣涼、熱水熱、可泡湯（室內外都有）；室外就是自然園區，自然蚊蟲超級多、悶熱、去哪裡都要走路走超遠，很有跋山涉水的感覺，仔細看也很多各式各樣的生物與植物！跋山涉水部分真的要好幾個小時然後體力要夠、腳不方便和帶小孩的不要去挑戰步道，因為路途遙遠陡峭，非常建議住在那一天，下午先挑戰一條步道，隔天一早再挑戰另一條步道（另外早晨有導覽可報名），沖完澡直接退房！整體下來雖然全身痠痛快往生但收穫蠻多的！被大自然包圍的感覺。
