I loved the terrace, a beautiful space to relax and the best place to be for sunset. Hernani helped me with extending my stay, he had great information on where to go and what to do and made being there so easy. Thanks "

"Overall the hotel and location were excellent, all the staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly. We loved our room with our balcony overlooking the lake and river, we sat watching the birds every morning and evening. There were a few minor things that could be simply changed that would improve the stay, coffee in the room would be great, even if it were just sachets. We had to ask for sugar and toilet rolls to be topped up. At breakfast many of the breakfast items weren’t topped up regularly enough so you found yourself asking for this. Finally there just wasn’t enough cupboard space for clothes when staying for more than a week and no space for the ladies to hang long dresses."
