I have no complaints. Very clean hotel and room. Staff were great. Breakfast was a Turkish spread with a variety of choices. Metro was 1 min away, tram and bus a 5 min walk. We would definitely stay again.

Very comfortable room. The a/c worked great. Room was close to the Metro stops. I was focused on seeing the bazaar and Hagia Sophia, which are a few stops south... and so missed out on exploring Taksim square (don't make the same mistake as me!) The staff was very kinda. And the food at the hotel was a little spendy, but delicious.
