Amazing stay at this beautiful hotel
.
The location was perfect. Walking distance to many sights . Breakfast was wonderful and the staff is fantastic. From the check in, to the restaurant, to the spotless room, nothing but perfection ! The staff went out of their way to help us feel comfortable and accommodated everything we asked for . Amazing staff that work very well together. We will definitely be back !!!!

What is expected at a Ritz Carlton.
Not necessary the hotel fault, but the Nobu restaurant located there has a weird dress code and they use lime concentrate in their dishes, not natural lime.... that is not good

Under renovation and currently drained (no water or fish as seen on our previous visit). However, the price charged is the same. You can still walk around the entire site and still see the heads of Medusa but it lacks the magic and eeriness compared to when it's full of water.
