Especially the concierge team who gave us the best experience with their information on where to go and how to get there and just their professional, friendly service. Special thanks to concierge team. Breakfast was a wonderful experience with a great variety and choice of food to suit all tastes. We will revisit this hotel again in the near future and will recommend to everyone thinking of visiting Istanbul. My only concern with this hotel is the geographical area in the city as we found it required taking a taxi to most places as walking around is difficult due to its location, however the views of the Bosporus are amazing so I suppose there must be a compromise."

Staff was mostly friendly and helpful, but have had more congenial receptions at other hotels. While supper was pretty tasty, the breakfast buffet was not very enjoyable."
