"I actually set my daughter up here for her summer studies from S.D. School of Mines. So writing this for her. I did research the hotel and Expedia has always been reliable for our families travels. She said everything was perfect. Clean, friendly, fast check in and she loved her room. Perfectly safe and as a dad, I was happy. She was on her own. I don't know about the food and she doesn't drink. But safety and reliability came first in my choices and she received the first when she stayed there."

"The restaurant and cafe staff seemed unhappy and the level of service was poor. Only liked the room and bathroom is decent, however had no bath tub or dressing table to get ready. Spa facilities are great. Overall wouldn’t stay again, wasn’t welcomed or made feel special for our wedding anniversary. Has a good Indian restaurant called Madhu’s but the staff doesn’t understand basic English. Poor service too."

"Great location right in the heart of Taksim. Our room had an amazing view, which was definitely the highlight of our stay. While the room was a bit small for two people, the stunning view more than made up for it. A special thank you to our housekeeper, Bedriye, who was incredibly kind and kept our room spotless every day. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!"

"Everything was great. The only thing I can only complain about it is that the AC in my room wasn’t working. I went there to her surgery and I put the Hilton because he has a very good reputation and is supposed to be comfortable however the AC in my room was broken. I have to call the people to fix it a couple of times. It’s not the conditions I want to be when you are going to surgery and you just wanna chill and recover room temperature was sometimes 28°. I was swearing it was very uncomfortable. You definitely don’t fly 12 hours to get surgery and chill in a room that is 28°."

"Amneties and hotel location are very good, well-maintained, good breakfast, however the staff are horrible, both the front desk and at breakfast restaurant, they need to smile, greet guests and attend to their needs, they have a poker face with no courtesy and look at you badly when you request something. Hotel staff are the core of services and they need much better training."
