"Clean room ,great staff, great location. Good breakfast but little to no meat as common in Türkiye. Great emergency plan as I was lucky enough to have the 6.1 earthquake one night at 11 pm. Staff was directing us to stairs and directing us to outside. Dispensing water quickly to guests which indicated very good training and good leadership. Great job !! "

"This was one of two hotels, and Divan was my favorite. The staff was extremely present and friendly. The room was very clean, comfortable bed, the furniture looked perfect with no scratches or tears. The entire place smelled great along with the towels and bedding.
