My awesome stay in Turkey! Room is so cavy feel and comfortable. We were having a wonderful experience staying in authentic cave. The room is clean and tiny. The hotel scenery view is awesome and could see hot air balloon everywhere around 730 in the morning. The hotel has a shortcut path to the Goreme town. The hotel staffs are so nice and helpful. Wonderful stay and definitely come back again! One thing can be improved is variety of breakfast.

From the moment we stepped into the premises, we were welcomed and the service from each and every staff there was awesome. The view at the top of a mountain was amazing! We were lucky to get an upgrade, with my kids having their own room. Our rooms were simply spectacular, oh so beautiful, with our private hamam and stone bath. Everything was luxurious. Location is very convience that just few meters away from Iskitlal street which is the main shopping area. Is also near to Sishane metro station to other shopping area.

Hotel is located a quite area half way from Galata Tower and Taksim square. Great experience overall: super friendly and accommodating staff, beautiful and spacious room and last but not least an amazing breakfast with an incredible view on the Bosphorus! My wife isn’t a morning person whatsoever, nonetheless after trying our first breakfast at sunrise due to some early work to do, she couldn’t get enough of it and so sunrise breakfast became the routine of our stay at Tomtom

Excellent facility, all brand new. Staff very professional and helpful.

We stayed there for 4 nights and enjoyed our time in Istanbul immensely. The staff are polite and helpful. Housekeeping cleaned the rooms everyday and reception staff even assisted us to get a taxi to the airport. The star of our stay has to be the breakfast buffet spread. Together with the restaurant's breathtaking view, it was a beautiful holiday for us as a family to remember.

Breakfast was unbelievably amazing (all home cooked), hospitality was brilliant with every single staff. I went Cappadocia in the middle of my hotel stay and they willingly kept my large suitcase for free. I was solo and the experience in this hotel is one of my absolute cherished travel memories.

It was our econd time in Istanbul and this is the best hotel I have so far during this trip.The buffet was fantastic.Staff were so nice and accomodating. I will definitely return to Sultania.

Housekeeper tidied the place well and reception was helpful. Do keep in mind that some tram noises can be heard (for light sleepers).
