"I had 2 nights at the property and the room was very well appointed and very clean. A little more attention to detail with regard to a few things like light bulb flickering over the bed not picked up by maintenance or housekeeping and paint chip on the back of the door and staff smoking outside my window. Otherwise all staff were very attentive and courteous. My room was not ready at 2pm but I was upgraded so no complaints there. Roof top restaurant has an excellent view over the Bosphorus....
