"The staff in every section were fantastic, Cheerful, helpful and very polite. Food was cooked to perfection, Breakfast had plenty of choice and would cook extra things for you if they had it. For us, a couple in our 70's it was absolutely 100% perfection and if we come back to Chester again we will certainly be staying here."

"Hotel is great 4star, across from convention centre. Baths and showers in rooms, windows open for fresh air, real steam irons. Fridges in exec rooms. Breakfast good choice & love the bagels. Early check in if availability. Luggage storage if not. Staff friendly and professional. "
