"Very convenient from airport train station, as well as to early flight departures the next morning. Nice restaurant for pleasant dinner. Clean room. Comfortable beds for a good sleep while traveling. "

"The breakfast was very good. The room was great, lucky to have a river view. The view from the terrace while having a drink and from the restaurant was very nice. The sauna was great, on from a little after 16.00 I would have loved a kettle in the room and the menu wasn’t extensive and as a carnivore generally had the veggie option which happened to be very tasty. "Convenient location from the downtown Frankfurt for our last night in town until driving to the airport next morning. They have paid parking but also parking free on the street in front of the hotel is permitted so we did that and it was good. "

"We had an amazing stay in our garden view room. We loved the decor and high ceilings in the room. Staff were very attentive and helpful. Breakfast was amazing. Nice touches, such as water in the room and for the road. We enjoyed beverages in the lobby and bar. Highly recommend this experience. "

"Wi-Fi was very easy to access. The staff was very accomodating, as there was at least one person who spoke English and was able to answer out questions. Breakfast was delicious, and had a wide variety of both classic breakfast items and international cuisine to choose from. "

Pool freezing cold and facilitiesold and uncomfortable, shower in room completely unusable, either freezing or burning with no mixer tap. Scorched my scalp when trying to wash my hair. Shockingly poor for the high price. Badly in need of a refurb. Everything you'd expect from a hotel badly in need of refurbishment. Despite lovely room size and comfortable beds, convenient joined rooms, the amenities so poor, it was a relief to leave and stay elsewhere in lower graded accommodation which proved much more comfortable. Shocked they can charge so much for such dated accommodation. So disappointed. This was supposed to be a treat stay of our trip, but it turned out to be the worst part. Frankfurt a fantastic city and christmas markets excellent. "
