"Not safe. Sketchy. Not a real hotel like it seems on the app. I was a single woman staying there alone. Male Staff LITERALLY walks into your room WITHOUT NOTICE. Luckily, the latch was on the door as I came out of the shower. The door was open with only the latch preventing entry. No apology. Doubled down saying that they could go in and out of any room without notice. Beyond that, there is a lot of questionable activity there, and no shortage of unsavory people. It’s not in Oak Brook, like it advertises, which is a really nice area. It’s actually in Villa Park which is a lot more sketchy. You won’t realize it until you’re there. Beware! There’s a lot more I can say about this place, but just be careful. Bring tasers and mace or pepper spray or any other tools you might need for self defense. It looks normal online, but this place is just not safe."
