"Very comfortable to stay here.
Breakfast, gym, city view from room and walking to center of city etc. are good.
Especially in summer season, we can enjoy daytime."
"What an excellent place to stay - in the centre of the city. The rooms were excellent, the staff very friendly and helpful, and the restaurant is definitely worth enjoying. Heartily recommended."
"Lovely place to stay. Perfect location. Virtual check-in (via vidlink to Amsterdam) went super smoothly: a model of how to do this. breakfast also very good. Highly recommended. "
"Room director over several bar/restaurants with very loud conversation until 1 a.m. Hotel provides ear plugs which aren't . enough. No curtains in room. No lift.
Staff friendly and helpful but not enough to compensate for anyone who actually wants to sleep there. "
"A lovely hotel with a great atmosphere and a perfect central location. The warm welcome and friendly staff made me feel truly at home. A charming place where you feel genuinely appreciated – highly recommended!"

"Generally, entire experience was good. I wish the rooms had AC and actual windows, not the shutters.
A couple things I did not like:
I left the do not disturb sign all days I was there and 2 of the days housekeeping still went in the room. One of those times we were just waking up.
Another issue I had was the late night reception guy was not very friendly and seemed bothered by our presence in the bar/restuarant area. One of the nights there was a man at the bar talking to him. This man inserted himself into a conversation that was a misunderstanding between my husband and the attendant. He was rude and it took me great restraint not to tell him off.
The restaurant staff was nice during breakfast hours. And the day attendants were also very nice. "

"Very centrally located hotel within walking distance of a lot of places in Eindhoven. Breakfast buffet was very good. Staff were very nice and the WhatsApp messaging also helped "
"Excellent location and fantastic facilities. Staff very helpful and polite. Local area very clean and lots of bars restaurants and shopping here. Very reasonable prices on the rooms."
"Be warned there are a lot of steep stairs, we were in the royal suite. But it’s well worth the climb, a beautiful huge room with very comfortable beds & a lovely bathroom, views over the rooftops.
Staff kindly valet parked the car (extra cost but worth it) & carried our bags up & down the stairs
Good options for breakfast, we sat outside.
Staff were very helpful & friendly "
