"Airport shuttle was OK, long wait. Carpet was wet throughout. There were 5 of us so clearly booked because of the ability to have a pull out sofa. The pull out mattress was absolutely horrible, linens provided were thread bare, only one pillow. Called the desk for a blanket, never delivered. Phone did not work consistently.
We did not eat breakfast.
