"Everything was good, but parking could've been better. There is onsite parking in the front and back of the property but they fill up quick so there were two nights I had to pay for street parking, which I was not happy about and quite expensive. I wish there would be reimbursement for this. The room was good, clean and had all your basic amenities. I did like the location of the property though, as it's lively and right next to the Riverwalk."

"My room was not confirmed even when I made a booking and paid full price 2 days before arriving. I had to call their customer service phone already after 4pm to be able to check-in and confirm my lock code as it was never communicated to me before. I called them at least 10 times as the line was always busy and they transfer calls to the voicemail, but they never call back when you leave the message. Then they want to charge a comparatively big damage deposit, which they claim to be released...

"I would have given a better review if I had more help. I stayed in a moldy. I’m severely allergic.The room was beyond neglected. Visible black mold on kitchenette ceiling and in the bathroom. "
