May I begin by saying how much I regret that you did not enjoy your stay in Sapa as our only desire is that people who visit this beautiful corner of Vietnam leave with many cherished memories. I would like to take this opportunity to explain to Expedia's reader about the situation you has mentioned in your comment: You have booked our hotel for 1 night, but you came very early (10 hours before our standard check-in time) and ask for a room to use for few hours. Our front office has arranged you a room different from the one you have booked as that room is not available upon your arrival. When you come back after your day trip, we check you in to the room you have booked online. After check in 10 minutes, you have called to the reception to complain about the room and we have changed the new room for you with the deeply apology from our housekeeping, front office and customer service, and we have offer you the late check out until 1.30 pm free of charge. May I end by saying I hope that you have the chance to visit Vietnam again to truly experience all this wonderful country has to offer. Sincerely yours,

Dear Ms. Tessa Morgan Packer, First of all, on behalf of Amazing Hotel Sapa, thank you so much for your staying with us, and we would like to send you our big apologize for any inconveniences that we brought for you. You booked at our hotel 01 Superior Double room without breakfast, so that your room will not included breakfast. You checked in on 25th Oct 2016 and checked out on 27th Oct 2016 (stay 2 nights), our swimming pool will close every Tuesday for clean and change water, therefore, during your stay we just close swimming pool 01 day, other be open as schedule. About the bin problem, once again we are so sorry about that, when our housekeeping team inform receptionist about the broken trash, then the receptionist have to double check with you, when you said no, they have to bring the bin down to re-confirm that was not broken by you, and then finnally we trust you and let you go. If the guest actually bkore the bin and our staff cannot collect the money for this, they have to compensate for that amount. We promise that, we will re-train all the staff and improve our services also to bring make the guest feel comfortable as their home. We do hope to have chance to welcome you again at Amazing Hotel Sapa.
