Pristine exterior and interior, very comfortable beds, room was spacious, clean and organized, and above all, fantastic service from every member of the hotel staff-even a slight hiccup regarding a takeout delivery order being turned away at the front desk (prior to our arrival) was graciously acknowledged and compensated for. Highly recommended."

"Lovely stay at the Fairmont. Staff were lovely especially Stephen, Katrina, Shaniya and the gentleman at the entrance of the hotel. It was very close to all the attractions and places we wanted to visit. Breakfast was good - just very busy! Queue system needs looking at. Other than our stay was lovely. The pools and beach are beautiful and the the view of the mosque from the hotel was stunning. Would stay here again x"

"Beach is beautiful but open till only 7.30. swimming pool was fantastic but little bit away from the hotel but facilities are top classic. The choices of restaurants were too many and the Hotel attached to the Abu Dhabi Mall offer a million choices more. It is located in centre of the city and well connected. Only the electrical points inside the rooms are 😣 uncomfortable. Otherwise top class facility. "

"An amazing 5* hotel, with the best all inclusive we’ve ever visited. The buffet was amazing and the a la carte restaurants were sublime, again all inclusive. Snacks, cocktails, milkshakes and ice cream all brilliant. Staff all very friendly, polite and helpful. A great family holiday with everything you need at the hotel, yet easy access to Abu Dhabi with Ubers and taxis. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay very special. I can’t name any stand out staff as they were all fantastic. Thank you!"
