"Wonderful and professional customer service. The hotel was very clean and beautiful. There is a wonderful bar and restaurant located on the main floor. The hotel is conveniently located to many shops and restaurants. We had a car, but hardly used it as we were able to walk to everything around us. Would highly recommend Hotel Rialto and would definitely stay there again when we visit Victoria. The manager, Arlene, and her staff helped me locate an item I left behind and so kindly walked me through the process to get it mailed back to me. The customer service goes above and beyond for the guests."

Clean spacious rooms, comfortable beds, plenty of amenities, parking, staff courteous and helpful, everything works, restaurant also very good, very good location near the harbour, close enough to access all the benefits of downtown but also far away enough to avoid all the noise and carnage of city nightlife. Close to public transport stops as well. Good value for money. Has everything you want, no need to go to more expensive ostentatious places. Cannot recommend it enough."
