"The staff at the front desk wasn't too nice. The only one was nice was T. G, the lady was rude when you asked questions. It was a problem.\n Whoever cleans the room. Had the room smelling and it wasn't a good smell.\nIt just wasn't right"

Everything was amazing! Except the fact that the bathroom shower glass door collapsed on me, had to keep it leaning somewhere to shower, despite stating that it needed fixing to the reception, it wasn’t fixed by the time we arrived back

Nearby metro and some restaurant including a small supermarket. No toothbrush, bedroom shoe and mineral water provided. Will be great if can be included.

Small but fairly comfortable hotel. Rooms weren't entirely spotless but had thoughtful furnishings. Fairly comfortable night's sleep. Sheets and pillows were clean. Breakfast in the morning was a welcome touch. Area where the hotel is located seems very quiet at night. Has a supermarket and some food options nearby.

Situated in Montmartre but away from Sacre Coeur, the area is lively but not too touristy. The hotel is well designed, although the room is a bit small for the price. Service is good, especially Nehemie at the reception. There has been some problem with breakfast charges but it was worked out amiably.

Great location surrounded by great bars and restaurants. Property was quite new and rooms were well appointed. Kudos to the staff members as they were always warm, friendly, eager to help and all had a wonderful sense of humour. Overall a great place to stay in Paris

A for effort. Super friendly and super helpful. Some minor slips (hair in sink / duvet cover inside out) which can be put down to giving very young staff a chance.
