"Very nice hotel in a great location. The room was large, modern and well-appointed but the valet parking service was a mess due to insufficient staffing. They tell you that it takes 5 to 10 minutes to get your car but when you try to call the front desk to request your car nobody picks up, when someone finally does, it often takes another 10 minutes to get your car. One morning it took 20 minutes to get our call; the morning of our departure we waited for 35 minutes. That's unacceptable. "

"A gem!! This place was so beautiful, and it really felt like it transported you somewhere tropical. The breakfast was great, room was awesome, pool area was obviously the really impressive bit. The hot tub could have been hotter, and it was often overfilled with children, but then I found the sauna in the gym, and that was really private and nice. "

"The room was huge and beautifully decorated, it had its own kitchen and it was basically your own apartment, I was kinda worried about the shower, it looks like you could slip, I had no problem sleeping even though it’s right next to a busy road but I’m a heavy sleeper, the rooms smelled really nice, I hate stinky hotels, if I come back to Quebec I might book a room here again, I only booked one night though, I had a medical appointment "
