"Bien que cet hotel offre le stationnement intérieur et le service de recharge électrique le stationnement n’est pas inclu dans le forfait et il est limité. Cependant, moyennant un pourboire et le service de valet, il semble y avoir de la place meme quand le stationnement affiche complet. Les ascenseurs au nombre de 4 sont plutôt lent à l’heure aux heures de pointe. Les restaurants sont très bien, un peu lent pour le déjeuner. le Ciel ! Mérite l’expérience. L’hôtel magnifiquement situé, à la fois près de tout et un peu en retrait de la foule du vieux Québec."

"Very clean and well-appointed apartment...AC worked great. Spacious enough for our family of 4. WiFi info on the back of your door...worked great. Front desk attendant was helpful. Solid location: about a 25 min walk to Old Quebec, shorter on the way back since it's downhill) This is an excellent spot for groups/families with lots of space. Since it's a relatively self-check-in hotel, you'll receive a link with your door code and suite #. Well I never got the link, and day of I called, I reserved and paid for parking, and soon got the link. You do have to reserve the parking in advance, as it's limited. With the parking reservation, you'll receive directions to the lot, which is right behind the hotel. There wasn't an elevator (apparently I missed this on the website)...not a ton of stairs, but just enough to be a little annoying in the heat. I have since read that there's a service elevator that could assist with luggage. I wasn't aware of that while we were there. There isn't any furniture to store clothing. We were only there for 2 nights, so it wasn't a big deal. The parking garage has a height restriction (another nugget I missed on website 6'2") We have a Toyota Highlander that barely fit....and actually parking it was an adventure since it's so tight. Honestly I thought the $25/day was more than fair. There was construction going on in the hotel, as it is being renovated. This would only affect those that are spending the day in the room."

"This hotel is right on the border between the old town and new town. So it is not too crowded like the hotels inside the old town, but it is still in walkable distance to all attractions. The hotel rooms look very new and the decoration is stylish and serene. The floor window is huge and the view is beautiful. The paintings along the hallway from the guests rooms to the front-desk make the hotel also artful. We enjoyed the food in the restaurant on the first floor, very fresh and delicious."

"The staff were all so incredibly polite and helpful. There was a leak in the front lobby ceiling, but it looks like it just happened the same day we checked in. They had workers in looking at it. Our room was so clean and absolutely adorable!! We were on the main floor and had 2 separate rooms with a sitting room in between. It was a close walk to all the heart of Old Quebec City, and we didn’t need to drive at all while we were there. There were many little restaurants surrounding and I honestly wish that I had booked a longer stay!! I would definitely bring your own shampoo if you’re picky because it’s the typical hotel body/hair washing gel. My daughter didn’t mind it, but I’m a bit pickier lol. There is limited parking, but there is a parking lot that is only a 3-5min walk away. It was surprisingly quiet and we had a wonderful stay. I would highly recommend!!"

"We were extremely happy with our stay at the Hotel Manoir Victoria. It was our first visit to Old Quebec City and as seniors, we were concerned about the ease in getting to the hotel, parking and its proximity to sites. Manoir Victoria checked all those boxes. It’s a short drive from the highway and the valet parking garage is right next to the hotel. (Note: The garage is BEFORE the hotel.) There is a flight of stairs to the hotel lobby but assistance with bags is available, upon request. The staff at the reception desk is bilingual and most welcoming, courteous and helpful. We needed to take the elevators to our room and they could be busy and slow. Our room was very nice-spacious, clean and appeared newly renovated. The bed was comfortable. Our room had a “view” of an alley (which didn’t bother us) so we had no street noise. The AC worked too well (lol) as the room often got quite cold so we had to adjust it frequently to regulate the temperature to our liking. At times, we also heard some running water noises (shower? toilet?) through the walls but these were infrequent and not really bothersome. These were the only minor issues encountered with our room. The location of the hotel is perfect! We were able to easily walk to mostly everything we wanted to see as well as the innumerable shops and restaurants. We also purchased a Hop On/Off bus tour at the front desk and found that to be very informative and useful in accessing areas in the Old City. Wonderful Hotel!"
