"Reception staff very cordial, friendly, and helpful. Room was clean, comfortable and very quiet anytime we were in it. "

"The bed and pillows don't have protective covers. The pillows smelled like sweat and there wasn't a fitted sheet, only a top sheet. The laziest thing I've experienced, I'm not certain the sheets were changed. Safe to say there's a lot of DNA in those mattresses. "
