"The room was clean. My door to my room almost locked me out and my wife in several times. The hotel is very nice otherwise. My main complaint is that I was double charged for Parking my car on hotel property overnight. So I paid double for parking. When I called the hotel to ask about why they told me I was gonna have to deal and (I guess you'll just have to call your bank if its that big of a deal) there was nothing else they could do. Just didn't seem to care or understand my trying to explain i was charged twice once on two different days regardless of no longer being at the hotel. Ironically an email to review my stay showed up after the phone call to resolve the issue occurred."

"The room was clean and the staff were attentive. The location of the hotel was perfect. So why did I take a star off? Well, first of all the beds were not very comfortable. The beds were too soft and kinda sloped off the sides so you felt like you were going to roll off. The bathroom layout was ridiculous; there was a ton of empty unused space in the bathroom when more counter space would have been helpful. The counter around the sink was not enough for the toiletries of two adults. The door to the bathroom opened out and blocked the exit and was maybe the worst part of the whole room; this is something you might need to experience to understand how annoying it was. The room could have used more storage in general; there was plenty of empty room for extra furniture. There was no dresser with drawers to put your clothes, which is really helpful if you're staying more than a few days and need to organize. Lastly, I would have liked to have breakfast available, and also tea/coffee all day instead of just 6-10am. The tea and coffee were good though, so I will give them that. We also never got our free bottle of wine."

"There are a few things that set the Hotel Kabuki apart chief among them is their location. They are located right within the Japan town complex, you can enter the Japan town mall without stepping foot outside. This creates a fun immersive getaway feel and elevates the convenience. The second is the lobby. Most lobbies are for looks, but the Kabuki lobby is truly something special. People actually use it for both work and socializing and the included bar is an addition, but you don't feel at all pressured to drink. I sometimes drive from Santa Rosa to stay at the Kabuki to code in their lounge all day."

"This was a very busy and lovely hotel which actually made me feel comfortable as someone travelling alone. I liked the bar in the main lobby, the bartenders were very friendly! The pool and hot tub area were pretty quiet which was nice. My room had a really nice view on floor 36, and was basic but had everything I needed. Bed was comfortable and the blackout curtains came in use. A few streets around this hotel contained some homeless population but they were not bothersome too me when I walked to stores or to get food. Lots of nearby places to eat and get drinks"
