The reservation staff os suck at their job i was just on the phone with a lady and she hang up on me without resolving my problem with the reservation you guys purposely canceled.

Great resort.
Great place to stay, from the food to the entertainments, great customer service. Choose to relax in the beach or the pools. My family and i had a great time.

That was one of the best vacation I ever had.Place was very nice and clean the stuff was on points with your demand,the food was good I will definitely recommend it with friends and family and I will definitely go back again l.The only thing they need to change the hair dryer and put a curtain in the bathroom that’s all.love the atmosphere and the ambience.See you soon guys 🇭🇹🇭🇹🇭🇹🇭🇹🇭🇹🇭🇹🇭🇹 One Love ❤️ .

The receptionist were very professional. I got there @ 3 pm, it’s was so much trash at the beach that no one was able to swim in it. I had to walk through water on the ground to get to my room. I will not book a room there anymore.

I love it here. I go every year. Free drinks and food throughout the day. You really enjoy yourself there and you don't to go outside of Decamaron for anything. They have a nurse on site. The have airport transportation service and service for Covid testing when you return.

The food was not ok .only the room was always cleaned staffed was friendly.. only the problem I have with my staying there is the food I spend to much money for me not to be happy with the food thanks

Back in the days Decameron was wonderful and very clean . It's still is beautiful but the sadness part it needs some maintenance . The pool is falling apart I got hurt while swimming and the pool was dirty
